What you can ask

Prompts that work with a connected AI assistant — orders and shipping, what is waiting on you, books and records, and whether a file will print well — with what each one returns.

Once your assistant is connected, ask it in your own words. The prompts below are grouped by what you are trying to find out, each with what the assistant does and the shape of the answer, so you know what to expect before you ask. Everything here is read-only: the assistant reports and links; it never orders, pays or approves.

Orders and shipping

  • "Where is order PT-20260930-0002?" — looks up that order and reports its status, the estimated ship and delivery dates that were set when you ordered, and the tracking number once there is one. It never guesses a date.
  • "Which of my orders shipped this week?" — reads your recent orders and lists the ones that have shipped, with their tracking numbers.
  • "When will my latest order arrive?" — reports the estimated delivery date set when you ordered. Once the order ships, the carrier's tracking is the live answer, and the assistant gives you the number.
  • "What was on my last order?" — the items, their sizes and quantities, and a link to the order page. It can tell you what you ordered; reordering through the assistant is coming.

What's waiting on me

  • "Is anything waiting on me?" — scans your active orders for anything paused on you — a proof being prepared, an approval owed — and points you to the order page, where approval happens.
  • "Do I owe an approval on any order?" — the same check, narrowed to approvals. The approval itself happens on the order page, signed in as you; the assistant cannot give it for you.
  • "Why hasn't order PT-20260930-0003 moved?" — reports what the order is waiting for, whether that is you or us, and links to the order page.

Books and records

  • "Export my September orders for my accountant." — reads every order you placed that month and, if the assistant can create files (Claude and ChatGPT can), writes the spreadsheet: order number, date, items and the amount you paid. Amounts are what you paid, net of any store credit. Receipts with the tax line are on each order's page.
  • "How many square inches did I order this year?" — adds up the size and quantity of every item across the year's orders and gives you a total.
  • "What did I pay in Q3?" — totals the amounts paid across the orders in that quarter, net of store credit, so the figure matches what you were charged.
  • "List my orders from last month with their tracking numbers." — a plain list you can paste anywhere.

Artwork and print readiness

  • "Will my logo print sharp at 14 inches?" — finds the file in your artwork, reads our artwork analysis for it at that width, and reports the resolution it works out to, the rating it earns (such as Good or Acceptable), how far up the rating holds, and anything the art team flagged. The assistant needs a print width to judge resolution; if you leave it out, it should ask.
  • "Which of my saved files have never been ordered?" — lists the files in your artwork that no order has used.
  • "Show me the design on order PT-20260930-0002." — shows a preview of the design on that order. The preview is a thumbnail, not the print file. It can show previews of designs you have bought; files you have saved but not ordered are assessed, not shown.
  • "What's the largest size my newest file prints well at?" — reports how far up the rating holds — for example, Good to 18 inches and Acceptable to 24.

Good to know

  • It reads 25 orders at a time. For older history, ask it to keep going.
  • "In production" covers several steps on our side. The assistant says "in production" from the time production starts until the order ships.
  • It may suggest upscaling a soft file, but it cannot run it. Open the file in the Studio to upscale.
  • It cannot place orders yet, and it never pays, approves a proof, or hands over your original or print file. Where a download is the answer, it links you to the page on your account where you download signed in.
  • Your assistant's wording will differ. The assistant is not ours; the order page is the record. If a figure disagrees with your account page, tell us through We Want Your Feedback in the site header.
