Shopping Cart
Manage your ProTransfers cart — adjust dimensions, quantities, and art services. Your cart syncs across devices and supports saved carts for repeat orders.
Your ProTransfers cart holds the transfers you are preparing to order. Each item shows its dimensions, quantity, and pricing calculated from contour-based pricing. The cart syncs across all your devices automatically — start on your desktop and finish on your phone.
Cart Layout
The cart page shows your items on the left and an order summary on the right.
Item Cards
Each transfer in your cart displays:
- Artwork thumbnail — a preview of your design
- Dimensions — width in inches (adjustable). Height updates proportionally to preserve your design's aspect ratio.
- Quantity — the number of prints for this design
- Pricing — square inches, price per square inch, price per print, and subtotal
- Design tags — optional labels for organizing (e.g., client names, project codes)
- Artwork help — ask our art team for changes with Help me with my art, or tell us to print the file exactly as uploaded; every file gets the free print-readiness check either way
- Design notes — optional instructions for the production team
Changes to dimensions or quantity update pricing instantly. Edits sync to your account in the background.
Order Summary
The sticky panel on the right shows:
- Total square inches across your entire order
- Current price per square inch (your active volume tier)
- Order subtotal
- A progress indicator showing how close you are to the next volume tier and the potential savings
Cart Drawer
When you are in the Studio, you can view a compact cart summary without leaving the workspace. Click the cart icon in the top navigation bar to open the cart drawer — a side panel showing your current items, totals, and quick actions.
From the drawer you can continue shopping, go to the full cart page, or manage saved carts.
Saved Carts
Save your current cart configuration for reuse on future orders. Saved carts are useful for recurring orders — build a template once and reload it whenever you need to reorder.
- Save — give your cart a name (e.g., "Weekly Restock" or "Client ABC Spring")
- Load — restore a saved cart's items to your active cart. The saved cart remains available for future use.
- Merge — combine items from a saved cart with your current cart to increase volume and benefit from higher volume tiers
- Manage — view, rename, and delete saved carts from your account at
/account/saved-carts
Saved carts store all item details including dimensions, quantities, tags, art service selections, and notes. When loaded, prices recalculate at current rates.
Multi-Device Sync
Your cart is stored on your ProTransfers account, not your browser. Any changes sync automatically across all devices and tabs within seconds.
If you edit an item on one device while another device has the cart open, the other device updates automatically. If two devices edit the same item simultaneously, the most recent change takes precedence.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I adjust the height independently from the width?
No. Height is locked to the width to preserve your design's aspect ratio. Adjust the width and the height updates proportionally. This prevents distortion.
What happens if I close my browser?
Your cart is saved to your account. Reopen the cart page on any device and your items will be there with all dimensions, quantities, and notes intact.
Can I combine designs from different upload sessions?
Yes. Each upload adds a separate item to your cart. Your cart can hold items from any number of uploads. All items contribute to your total square inches and volume tier.
