Image Library
Your ProTransfers image library stores all uploaded artwork — browse, search, filter, and reorder previous designs in seconds.
The image library stores every artwork you have uploaded to ProTransfers. Browse your designs, check their print readiness status, and reorder in seconds without re-uploading.
Browsing Your Library
The library displays your artwork as a grid of cards. Each card shows:
- Thumbnail of the artwork
- Name (editable)
- Dimensions
- Status badge — Ready, Review Needed, In Cart, Ordered, or Analyzing
Switch to list view for a denser layout with additional columns including file format, last ordered date, and order count.
Search and Filter
Use the search bar to find artwork by name. Filters let you narrow by:
- Status (purchased, in cart, ready)
- File format (PNG, AI, EPS, etc.)
- Color space, transparency, and tags
- Date range
Sort by recently created, recently purchased, or name.
Artwork Details
Click any artwork to see its full detail page:
- Name and tags — rename your artwork and add tags for organization (e.g., client names, project codes)
- Notes — add production notes or reminders visible only to you
- Print readiness — a summary of your artwork analysis results including color reproduction, hand feel, and heat press adhesion scores
- File properties — format, color space, dimensions, resolution, and transparency
- Order history — every past order that used this artwork, with quantities and dimensions
Reordering
Click the reorder button on any previously purchased artwork to open a quick reorder dialog. The dialog is pre-filled with your last order's dimensions and quantity — confirm or adjust, then add to cart.
For artwork you have not ordered before, click to open it in the Studio for review, then add to cart from there.
Managing Artwork
- Rename — click the artwork name on the detail page to edit it
- Tag — add tags for filtering and organization
- Archive — hide artwork from the main library without deleting it. Archived artwork can be restored.
Your artwork and its analysis results are stored permanently. Even if you do not order for months, your library retains everything — no re-uploading or re-analyzing needed.

Is there a limit to how many artworks I can store?
No. Your library grows with every upload. All artwork and analysis results are retained permanently.
Can I delete artwork from my library?
You can archive artwork to hide it from the main view. Archived artwork can be restored at any time. Artwork with order history is always retained for your records.
Does reordering require re-analysis?
No. Your artwork's analysis results are stored permanently. Reordering uses the existing analysis — the process is near-instant.
