Manage your ProTransfers account — personal information, shipping addresses, business details, tax exemption, notification preferences, and saved carts.
Your ProTransfers account is where you manage personal information, shipping addresses, business details, tax exemption status, and notification preferences. Access it from the account icon in the top navigation bar.
Account Overview
The account dashboard shows a summary of your profile completeness, saved addresses, business information, and tax exemption status. Each card links to its detail page.
Personal Information
Update your name, phone number, and preferred contact email. Your sign-in email is displayed but cannot be changed here — contact support if you need to update it.
Your phone number is used for delivery-related communication. The preferred contact email is used for all order correspondence — if left blank, your sign-in email is used.
Shipping Addresses
Save multiple shipping addresses for faster checkout. Each address can have a label (e.g., "Warehouse," "Headquarters") and be set as your default.
Addresses are validated against USPS data for accuracy. If the system suggests a correction, you can accept the recommendation or keep your original entry.
Business Information
Add your company name, business type, and website. This information helps ProTransfers tailor pricing and communications to your industry. Business types include print shops, apparel decorators, promotional distributors, screen printers, brand owners, and craft businesses.
Tax Exemption
If your business qualifies for tax exemption, submit your resale certificate or tax exempt letter from the tax exemption page. The document is typically reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, qualifying orders are exempt from sales tax.
The page shows your current exemption status, applicable jurisdictions, and document history. You can submit updated documents as needed.
Notification Preferences
Control which emails you receive:
- Order status updates — notifications when your order status changes (recommended)
- Promotional offers — sales, discounts, and seasonal promotions
- Product announcements — new features and service updates
- Price alerts — notifications when pricing changes or new volume tiers become available
Changes save automatically.
Saved Carts
Manage your saved cart configurations from the account section. View, rename, load, merge, or delete saved carts. See Shopping Cart for details on how saved carts work.
