Connect Claude

Add the ProTransfers connector to Claude on the web, approve what it may see, and ask Claude about your orders and artwork from claude.ai, Claude Desktop or the Claude mobile app.

Add ProTransfers as a custom connector in Claude on the web, approve it on the ProTransfers page that opens, and Claude can answer questions about your orders and artwork — on the web, in Claude Desktop and on your phone. It reads with your permission and never orders, pays or approves.

Steps checked October 2026.

Official plugins coming soon. Use it today by adding the address below.

Before you start

  • A Claude plan that allows custom connectors. The Free plan allows one custom connector; Pro and Max have no limit.
  • On a Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner adds the connector under Organization settings → Connectors, and members then click Connect next to it. If you do not see the option described below, ask your organization owner.
  • Add it on the web at claude.ai. Once added, it works in Claude Desktop and in the Claude mobile apps. Adding a connector from the mobile app itself is still in beta, so use the web.
  • Your ProTransfers sign-in. You approve the connection signed in as yourself, and the account you sign in with is the one Claude will see.

Add the connector

You will paste this address:

MCP server address
https://mcp.protransfers.com/mcp

Leave any “client ID” or “secret” field blank. Your assistant registers itself, then sends you to ProTransfers to sign in and approve.

  1. In Claude on the web, open Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Click Add custom connector.
  3. Paste the address into Remote MCP server URL. Leave any client ID or secret fields blank.
  4. Click Add.

Sign in and approve

Claude opens a ProTransfers page. If you are not already signed in, sign in first. The page shows:

  • the heading Connect Claude, and the line Claude is asking to:
  • View your orders — Order status, items, totals and tracking for orders on this account.
  • View your artwork and its print assessment — Artwork saved to this account, and what our analysis found about how it will print at a given size.
  • a line beginning You'll be sent back to, naming where you will land after you approve, and the account you are granting access to — click Not you? if that is the wrong account
  • the buttons Deny and Allow
  • the footnote You can disconnect Claude at any time from your account settings.

Click Allow. You are sent back to Claude, and the connector is ready to use.

Try it

Start a new chat, make sure the ProTransfers connector is turned on for it, and ask:

  • "What was my last order?" — Claude reports the order number, status, items and the estimated ship and delivery dates, plus the tracking number once there is one.
  • "Will my newest file print well at 12 inches?" — Claude reads the print assessment for that file at that width and tells you how it rates, and what would raise it.

More prompts, and what each one returns, are in What you can ask.

Use it on your phone

Nothing extra to set up. A connector added on the web is available in the Claude mobile apps and in Claude Desktop under the same Claude account.

Disconnect

  • In Claude: open Customize → Connectors, open the ProTransfers connector's menu, and choose Remove.
  • On ProTransfers: open Account → Security → Connected apps and click Disconnect next to Claude.

Removing it in Claude stops Claude using it. Disconnecting on ProTransfers withdraws the approval itself, so do that one if you want to be certain, and do both to remove it entirely. Your orders and account are not affected, and you can connect again at any time.

If something's wrong

If Claude says ProTransfers is blocked by a firewall or a security service, it is not. That message means the connection was approved before a newer permission existed. Open Account → Security → Connected apps, click Disconnect next to Claude, then add the connector again in Claude. Removing it inside Claude alone does not reset the approval. Other problems — no orders, only some orders, artwork still being analysed — are covered in Troubleshooting.
