Connect Grok
Add the ProTransfers connector to Grok — by asking Grok Bot in chat, or at grok.com/connectors — approve it on ProTransfers, and ask Grok about your orders and artwork.
Ask Grok Bot to add the ProTransfers connector, or add it yourself at grok.com/connectors, approve it on the ProTransfers page that opens, and Grok can answer questions about your orders and artwork. It reads with your permission and never orders, pays or approves.
Steps checked October 2026.
Before you start
- A paid Grok plan.
- A browser to complete the sign-in.
- Your ProTransfers sign-in. You approve the connection signed in as yourself, and the account you sign in with is the one Grok will see.
Add the connector
You will give Grok this address:
https://mcp.protransfers.com/mcpLeave any “client ID” or “secret” field blank. Your assistant registers itself, then sends you to ProTransfers to sign in and approve.
Through Grok Bot
- In chat, ask Grok Bot to add a custom MCP server called ProTransfers at the address above.
- When it offers, choose Add.
- Complete the sign-in in the browser window that opens (next section).
- Back in chat, type
@to attach the ProTransfers connector to your message.
At grok.com
- Go to grok.com/connectors.
- Click New Connector, then Custom.
- Paste the address.
- Complete the sign-in in the browser (next section).
Sign in and approve
Grok opens a ProTransfers page. If you are not already signed in, sign in first. The page shows:
- the heading Connect followed by the name Grok registered under, and the line that it is asking to:
- View your orders — Order status, items, totals and tracking for orders on this account.
- View your artwork and its print assessment — Artwork saved to this account, and what our analysis found about how it will print at a given size.
- a line beginning You'll be sent back to, naming where you will land after you approve, and the account you are granting access to — click Not you? if that is the wrong account
- the buttons Deny and Allow
- the footnote You can disconnect Grok at any time from your account settings.
Click Allow. You are sent back to Grok, and the connector is ready to use.
Try it
In Grok Bot, type @ and attach the ProTransfers connector; at grok.com, start a chat with it turned on. Then ask:
- "What was my last order?" — Grok reports the order number, status, items and the estimated ship and delivery dates, plus the tracking number once there is one.
- "Will my newest file print well at 12 inches?" — Grok reads the print assessment for that file at that width and tells you how it rates, and what would raise it.
More prompts, and what each one returns, are in What you can ask.
Disconnect
- In Grok: remove the ProTransfers connector at grok.com/connectors.
- On ProTransfers: open Account → Security → Connected apps and click Disconnect next to Grok.
Removing it in Grok stops Grok using it. Disconnecting on ProTransfers withdraws the approval itself, so do that one if you want to be certain, and do both to remove it entirely. Your orders and account are not affected, and you can connect again at any time.
If something's wrong
If Grok says ProTransfers is blocked by a firewall or a security service, it is not. That message means the connection was approved before a newer permission existed. Open Account → Security → Connected apps, click Disconnect next to Grok, then add the connector again in Grok. Removing it inside Grok alone does not reset the approval. Other problems — no orders, only some orders, artwork still being analysed — are covered in Troubleshooting.
