Our commitment to keeping ProTransfers usable for everyone, and how to report a barrier.

Our commitment

ProTransfers is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Where we are

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not yet completed a formal audit, so we are not claiming a conformance level. Accessibility work is ongoing and part of how we build new features.

Known limitations

Parts of our artwork studio are highly visual — previews, overlays, and print simulations. We are working to ensure that the information those tools convey is also available in text so that decisions about an order can be made without relying on the visual output.

Telling us about a problem

If you run into a barrier anywhere on ProTransfers, we want to hear about it. Email support@protransfers.com with the page you were on and what happened, and we will work with you directly to get you what you need while we fix the underlying issue.
