Every transfer is priced by the square inch, and the rate drops as your total grows — measured across your whole order, so mixing designs still moves you down the volume brackets. The difference: instead of billing the full rectangle around your design (or a whole gang sheet), we bill only the contour your art actually covers, plus a small margin, capped at the box. Compact designs and art with open space cost less — you only pay for what you print. The estimator above measures a real design to show you exactly how that works.
