Beta · orders and artwork today

Use your AI assistant with ProTransfers.

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Grok where an order is, what's waiting on you, what you spent last quarter, or whether a file will print sharp at 14 inches. It reads your account with your permission and never orders, pays or approves.

The first DTF transfer provider to put a print check in your AI assistant. Works with any assistant that supports connectors: one address, no API key, no dashboard setup.

What's the status of my latest ProTransfers order?
ProTransfers · list_orders
Your most recent order is PT-20261001-0001, placed October 1: 100 transfers of “Pro Transfers Sample_11 on White” at 9.29 × 9.25 in, $300.76 total. It's in production, scheduled to ship October 2 by overnight delivery, with an estimated delivery of October 5. There's no tracking number yet. Ask me again once it ships and I'll have it.
Will the PT-LOGO file print well at 12 inches wide?
ProTransfers · get_artwork_analysis · 12 in
Yes. At 12 in wide (7.9 in tall) it comes out at about 299 DPI, which ProTransfers rates Good: it prints cleanly at that size, and stays Good up to 18 in. Two things worth knowing: the file fills its whole frame, so it prints as a rectangle rather than a cut-out shape, and the solid ink coverage will feel firmer on the fabric. Your art-help request on this piece is still open, so the final file may differ from the preview.

01

Why we built this

You already have an assistant open all day — for email, for quotes, for the hundred small questions a shop runs on. We would rather you ask it where your transfers are at 11pm than wait for us to open at 9.

So we did not build a chatbot. We opened a window. With your permission, the assistant you already use can read your ProTransfers account — orders, shipping, what is waiting on you, and what our analysis found about your artwork — and answer in plain language.

Nothing else changes. The art team still looks at every file, production still presses every transfer, and support is still people. The assistant can look; it cannot act. That is deliberate, and it is why you can hand it your account without a second thought.

02

What you can ask

Orders and shipping

Status in the same words your account page uses, the estimated ship and delivery dates set when you ordered, and tracking once there is some. It never guesses a date.

  • Where's my order PT-20260930-0002?
  • Which of my orders shipped this week?
  • When will my overnight order arrive?

What's waiting on me

A proof being prepared, an approval owed, a question from the art team. The assistant points you to the order page, where approval happens.

  • Is anything waiting on me?
  • Do I owe an approval on any order?
  • Which orders are still in production?

Books and records

Amounts are what you paid, net of any store credit; the receipt with the tax line is on each order's page. Assistants that can create files, such as Claude and ChatGPT, write the spreadsheet for you.

  • Export my September orders for my accountant.
  • How many square inches have I ordered this year?
  • What did I pay ProTransfers in the third quarter?

Artwork and print readiness

Give it a print width and it reports the resolution verdict, how large the file stays sharp, and what our analysis found. The preview it shows is a thumbnail, not the print file.

  • Will this logo print sharp at 14 inches?
  • Which of my saved files have never been ordered?
  • Show me the design on my last order.

What it can do today, and what's coming

What it can do today

  • Find and explain your orders

Status, items, totals, the estimated ship and delivery dates set when you ordered, and tracking once there is some — in the same words your account page uses.

  • Open one order in detail

Every piece on it with its size, quantity and price, where it is, and anything waiting on you — a proof being prepared, an approval owed.

  • Show a design you've bought

A preview of a piece on one of your orders, so you can check which design it is. A preview, not the print file.

  • Find a file in your artwork library

Everything saved to your account, ordered or not, by name or tag — and whether each one has been ordered before.

  • Tell you whether a file will print sharp at a size

The resolution verdict at the width you have in mind, how large it stays sharp, and what our analysis found about edges, colour and feel.

Coming soon

  • Everything waiting on you, across all your orders, in one answer

  • Upload a file from the conversation and get its print check

  • Build a cart and hand you a checkout link

  • Reorder a previous job

Whatever it learns to do, it never approves a proof, never pays, and never hands over your original or print-ready file. Those stay yours, signed in.

Step-by-step, for your assistant

Your account stays yours

What you approve

When your assistant connects, a ProTransfers page lists exactly what it is asking to view. These are the only permissions it can ask for:

  • View your orders

Order status, items, totals and tracking for orders on this account.

  • View your artwork and its print assessment

Artwork saved to this account, and what our analysis found about how it will print at a given size.

Read-only

It reads. It never orders, pays or approves. Every permission the connector can ask for is a view permission.

You approve, you can see it, you can revoke it

Approval happens on a ProTransfers page, signed in as you, listing what the assistant may view. Account → Security → Connected apps shows every connection and disconnects in one click, effective immediately.

What we record

Which assistant connected, which kinds of question it asked and when — never the conversation itself. We keep that for support and to spot abuse.

What your assistant's provider stores

Your conversation, including what it fetched from ProTransfers, under that provider's own terms. Choose an assistant you would trust with your order history.

Not used for training

ProTransfers does not use any of it to train anything. We print transfers; we are not an AI company.

06

This is a beta

Beta means scope, not quality: orders and artwork today, more as we go. If your assistant tells you something that does not match your account page, the order page is the record — and we want to hear about it.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Connecting an assistant to ProTransfers is free. Your assistant's own plan may limit custom connectors — Claude's free plan allows one, and ChatGPT needs a paid plan with developer mode turned on.

Which assistants work?

Any assistant that lets you add a connector by URL and sign in: Claude (web, desktop, mobile and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, Le Chat and developer tools such as Cursor. We publish step-by-step guides for the ones we have tested ourselves.

Do I need a client ID or an API key?

No. Paste the address, leave client ID and secret blank, and sign in to ProTransfers when your assistant sends you there.

Can my staff connect their own assistants?

Each sign-in connects its own ProTransfers account, so anyone with their own login can connect their own assistant and see the orders on that account.

Which orders can it see?

Orders on this site, including the history we copied over when your account moved. Orders placed on the old site after that don't appear.

Can it place an order for me?

Not yet. When it can, it will build a cart and hand you a checkout link; payment always happens in your own signed-in checkout.

Can it approve a proof?

Never. Approval on ProTransfers is bound to your typed name on the order page. A connected assistant can tell you an approval is waiting and link you to it; it cannot decide for you.

My assistant says ProTransfers is blocked by a firewall. Is it?

No. The connection was approved before a newer permission existed. Open Account → Security → Connected apps, disconnect ProTransfers, then add the connector again in your assistant. Removing it inside the assistant alone does not reset the approval.

Is my data used to train AI?

Not by ProTransfers. Your assistant's provider stores the conversation under its own terms, so choose one you trust with your order history.
